A Christmas Carol at the WYO Theater
Sheridan’s Annual Christmas Stroll is a beloved winter event, drawing in more than 3,000 visitors for the opening night festivities. To top it off, car enthusiasts can enjoy the Karz Rod Run, where they can see over 100 hot rods, muscle cars, and classic trucks on Main Street. Awards will be presented to winners of the kid, women, and men categories, as chosen by attendees.

The Sheridan Farmers Market, formerly the Grinnell Plaza Farmer’s Market, offers the community an opportunity to explore local growers and artisans with fresh produce, foods, crafts, demonstrations, youth activities, and live music for a festive atmosphere. Held every Thursday from mid-July to mid-September at the Whitney Commons, this market is a great way to discover new tastes and experiences. The Downtown Sheridan Association also hosts the Annual Wild West Wine Fest which boasts over 100 wines and beers paired with gourmet cuisine – a real treat for any wine enthusiast!
